At Shiva Web Tech, we are committed to delivering high-quality Digital Marketing, Web Development services, and Training. If you are not satisfied with our services, please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Digital Marketing Services: Refunds are available only if a cancellation request is made within 7 working days of service commencement and work has not significantly progressed.
  • Development Services: No refunds are issued for completed projects. If a project is in progress and cancellation is requested, a partial refund may be granted based on work completed.
  • Training Programs: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of course enrollment. No refunds are available once a training session has been attended or accessed.
  • Subscription-Based Packages: If you subscribe to our ongoing services, you may cancel anytime. Refunds will be processed only for unused portions of the subscription period.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email us at info@shivawebtech.com with the following details:

  • Order ID or Invoice Number
  • The reason for the refund request
  • Any supporting documents (if applicable)

We will review your request and respond within 4 business days.

3. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed via Stripe to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/card provider.
  • Stripe does not refund transaction fees, so the refunded amount may be slightly lower than the original payment.

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Completed digital marketing campaigns, website development projects, and SEO services
  • Custom software development services once delivered
  • Training sessions that have been accessed or attended
  • Any services offered at a discounted price or under special promotions

5. Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks

If you have concerns regarding your service, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in the termination of future services.
