1. Cancellation Policy
You may request a cancellation under the following conditions:
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@shivawebtech.com.
- For project-based services, cancellation must be requested within 7 days of the project start date.
- Ongoing subscription services can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
- If the service has not yet commenced, a full refund will be provided.
- For partially completed projects, a prorated refund will be issued based on the work completed.
- No refunds will be issued for completed projects or digital products once delivered.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment.
3. Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the approval date. The funds will be credited back to the original payment method.
